Therapy to help learn, love, and grow
“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.” - Dalai Lama
Entering into therapy requires courage and vulnerability. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment with unconditional regard so you feel safe to explore new ways of making meaning in your life.
We provide support for people experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, LGBTQ+ specific struggles, trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship challenges, and general self-exploration. We have worked with people through the entire lifespan from infancy to geriatrics, but currently focus on adults (18 years +).
We love working with people and bring an attitude of curiosity, humor, and authenticity to therapy sessions. Therapy can be a conduit for change by increasing self-awareness, cultivating acceptance, and strengthening how we relate to each other.
About Me
Hi, I'm Dr. Natalie Lecy.
I’m a Therapist with a background in Clinical Social Work based in Rapid City. I received my Master’s in Social Work in 2010 and my Ph.D. in Social Work in 2022 from the University of Utah. My research primarily focuses on mindfulness-based interventions for first-generation and at-risk college students.
I believe that each stage of our lives has something unique to teach us if we are willing to be open to those lessons.
